About Me

I am a 22 year old Politics and International Relations graduate of the University of Edinburgh and I work in Marketing for a Media Production company. I travelled extensively throughout my period at University and I developed a bit of a passion for it.

In 2012, I spent 3 months in the United States at Camp America. The following 2 years I did trips around South East Asia, followed by a month in India. Finally, last year I returned to Asia, visiting Hong Kong and Japan, before spending 10 weeks travelling South America. I also crammed in many shorter breaks during my time at uni (including Budapest, Reykjavik and Marrakech) and I have continued to do this since starting a full-time job.

I finally decided to write a travel blog about my experiences. I’m not really sure why, maybe because it allows me to lose myself in my fabulous memories, rather than accepting the harsh realisation that I have just moved back into my parents’ house after a year away from home!

My aim at the moment is to travel as much as possible around full-time work and tick as many things off my bucket list as I can. Hopefully, this blog will allow me to reminisce and share my stories and tips, before I plan my next big adventure!
